The Role
As a UKG Pro Analyst , you’ll manage, configure, and optimize UKG Pro (UltiPro) to ensure smooth HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management operations. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and operations teams to streamline processes, provide reporting insights, and support end-users across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Configuring and maintaining UKG Pro modules for Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Supporting system upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
Generating reports and dashboards to provide actionable workforce insights.
Training employees on system usage and best practices.
Ensuring compliance with HR, payroll, and data security standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative , who thrives working onsite in a hands-on, manufacturing environment.
Required skills & experience:
Hands-on experience as a UKG Pro (UltiPro) Analyst , including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Time Management processes .
Proficiency with reporting and analytics in UKG Pro.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred qualifications:
UKG Pro certification.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience with system integrations or data migration.
Prior experience in an HR or Payroll analyst role in a multi-location or complex workforce setting.
