For our Helios Clinic at the Pirna site, we are looking for you as Senior Consultant Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) with a focus on endoprosthetics at the earliest possible date

• : Includes the entire spectrum of orthopaedics and trauma surgery.
• : Surgical treatment of hip, knee and shoulder joints - including robot-assisted procedures in the Endoprosthetics Center.
• ü : Promotion of cooperative collaboration with all hospital departments and general practitioners.
• ü -: Responsibility for the management and development of the assistant physicians under your supervision as well as colleagues in training.
• & : Participation in the strategic and economic development of the Clinic for Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery - in particular ensuring highly qualified, comprehensive and medically up-to-date patient care.
• ä- : Co-responsible for ensuring and further developing quality standards, optimizing processes, workflows, duty time models, organizational forms and patient documentation.

• : You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery with a focus on endoprosthetics.
• : Sound knowledge and confident handling in the specialist field - mastery of standard operations; experience in robotic surgery is desirable.
• ü: Strong leadership personality with a high sense of responsibility and organizational talent.
• & : Patient- and service-oriented actions combined with business management thinking.
• & : High level of professional expertise paired with strong social skills.
• ä: Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
