We are looking for you from 01.07.2026 at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen as Chief Physician for the Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (m/f/d)

• You have it in your hands: ensure the smooth running of the clinic through organizational and administrative tasks
• In everyday practice, you are the professional, scientific and organizational contact person for assistant and specialist physicians as well as the nursing team
• Further and advanced training is one of your areas of responsibility
• Take yourself and your team further: by expanding the scope of the clinic's services

• In-depth psychiatric expertise: you have comprehensive knowledge of the entire treatment spectrum of psychiatry
• Patient-oriented work: Your thinking and actions are interdisciplinary, with a respectful, empathetic approach to patients and their environment
• Leadership and social skills: integrative, appreciative leadership and strong social skills are a matter of course for you
• Team and cooperation skills: You work cooperatively in a team and with other specialist areas within the hospital as well as external colleagues
• Commitment to training: You enjoy training and supporting young employees
• Development and responsibility: You are characterized by a sense of responsibility and can further develop your expertise together with our low-hierarchy team - in addition, you have the legally required measles protection certificate
