We are looking for you to join the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen on 01.04.2026 as Senior Physician Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine (m/f/d).

• As a Senior Physician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for organizational and administrative tasks that are necessary for the smooth running of the clinic
• You will manage the department organizationally and professionally in a very pleasant working atmosphere
• You will be the professional, scientific and organizational contact person for assistant and specialist physicians as well as the nursing team in everyday practice
• Participation in the clinic's on-call services
• Exchange knowledge and skills to promote and train our residents and students
• Involvement in training events, conferences and information events

• Specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics, expert (m/f/d) in your field and have solid practical experience and expertise in the field of orthopaedic surgery, ideally with completed additional training in "special orthopaedic surgery"
• You work in a patient-oriented manner and value interdisciplinary collaboration
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills, commitment and assertiveness as well as strong organizational skills
• The ability to work in a team with all professional groups and a responsible approach to patients and their relatives are particularly important to us
• Enthusiasm for your daily work and a willingness to collaborate across disciplines are a matter of course for you
