Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Specialized company in the field of civil engineering, concrete construction, electrical and telecommunications engineering is looking for a new team member to join immediately for the Carinthia area.

Activities

• Responsibility for the management and supervision of construction projects in building construction
• Ensuring the timely and quality execution of all construction work
• Coordination and management of construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitoring compliance with building regulations, safety and environmental standards
• Conducting construction meetings and coordination with clients, planners and authorities
• Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules
• Control of construction costs and budget responsibility
• Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports

Requirements

• Completed HTL, FH or degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in building construction
• in-depth knowledge of VOB and relevant building regulations
• strong leadership and communication skills
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Assertiveness and decisiveness
• Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific software
• Driving license class B
