British American Tobacco Reunion has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant in Reunion, La Possession.

Location : La Possession

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office or department. This role is responsible for handling a range of administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining efficiency, and supporting team members in their daily operations. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organizational flow and delivering professional service both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems (digital and paper-based).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail) with professionalism.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders when needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support to various departments and contribute to cross-functional projects.

What are we looking for?

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and an Intermediate level of English

Added Advantages:

  • Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or document management tools
  • Working experience within the FMCG industry
  • SAP knowledge
