• You are a sparring partner for the management: you support the definition of strategic priorities and monitor their implementation.
• You analyze complex issues, identify risks and develop resilient solutions - even in complex situations.
• You prepare comprehensible reports, meaningful analyses and clear recommendations as a basis for decision-making.
• You will analyze and improve internal processes in order to increase efficiency and impact within the company.
• You create management reports and develop relevant KPIs.
  You will organize meetings, prepare the content and documentation and ensure that decisions are implemented.
• You will prepare convincing presentations - if required, you will also do this on behalf of the management.

• Successfully completed university degree
• Relevant professional experience in an analytical or advisory role
• Very good analytical skills combined with strong conceptual, entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent, confident and unifying communication skills and methods
