INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (INTERNAL SALES) – FOCUS FRANCE (f/m/d)

• support and active assistance for our French sales staff and international customer correspondence (German/French/English)
• processing customer orders, quotations, hospital tenders, returns, and complaints
• organization and monitoring of export processes, including the preparation of country-specific export documents and communication with customs
• ensuring compliance with current customs and foreign trade regulations
• internal sales support, including maintaining customer data in ERP/CRM systems and preparing statistical evaluations
• close cooperation with neighboring departments and active participation in cross-departmental projects

• completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on economics
• at least 2–3 years of professional experience in order processing and export
• knowledge of customs and export procedures desirable, as well as relevant experience with international shipping processes
• very good language skills in French and German, as well as good English skills
• confident use of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
• independent, structured way of working, coupled with customer focus, service mentality, commitment, and team spirit
