YOUR TASK:

• Drive sales in DACH
• Develop and expand the customer base
• Monitor all relevant food and beverage market segments
• Develop and maintain a transparent and cooperative team spirit
• Construct individual budgets and providing feedback
• Develop and maintain close working relationship with strategic channel partners and DACH key accounts, supporting the sales team with high- level negotiations and high- value commercial deals
• Utilizes and updates CRM MS 365 platform

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management , life sciences or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience in food and beverage market testing market
• Skilled and experienced at customer negotiations
• Experience in people management
• Strong knowledge of MS office applications
• Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with others and build solid relationships at all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and adapt flexibly to changing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
• Up to 50% travel
