YOUR TASKS - BECOME A GAME CHANGER IN THE MARKETING AREA
• Event coordination: Organize our presence at external events as key Tradeshows and workshops in EMEA including tradeshow registration submission with the organizer, preparation of the event following event process, following lead capture, sending and collecting back marketing materials and banners on site. Support team on the event site during the event with any need.
• Digital marketing support: Prepare some digital communication as emails for event and webinars.
• Handle other duties related to marketing delegated by the EMEA Marketing Manager

YOUR PROFIL – WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL

• Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing course
• Ideally, previous successful experiences of a similar internship in marketing
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Powerpoint
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Email automation platform, social networks, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement
• Teamwork, pay close attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
