The Pottenbrunn care center was built in 2005 and taken over by pro mente Niederösterreich in August 2022. We attach particular importance to improving the quality of life of older people, promoting their independence and maintaining their abilities.

We are looking for our house with 100 nursing and care places and over 70 employees
1 qualified health and nursing assistant
for day, night or weekend shifts, full or part time.

Your tasks:
* Development, planning and implementation of individual care services with and for the residents
* Implementation of the nursing process and control of all nursing measures
* Active participation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration to achieve the agreed goals
* Participation in the further development of care quality and quality assurance

Your competencies:
* Completed vocational training for health and nursing or corresponding nostrification
* Professional ID according to the Health Professions Register (GBR)
* Professional authorization for Austria
* Cleanliness and mandatory vaccination certificate
* Knowledge of spoken and written German (B2)
* Ability to recognize residents' needs
