Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of key tasks in Controlling with a focus on performance analysis and top management reporting
• Contribute activelyto international finance projects, gaining exposure to cross collaboration and strategic initiatives
• Support financial planning process, including target setting and investment evaluation
• Build a strong cross-functional and regional network within the company to support your long-term career development

Requirements

• Outstanding academic qualifications: Master’s degree from an established University, ideally with a focus in Finance or related fields
• Strong leadership potential with the aim to take on a leadership role in the future
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to cut through complexity and exert influence thorough analysis
• High level of commitment and openness to international mobility
