- Technical and organizational management of the Supply Chain Management division with the areas of production planning, warehousing, logistics and intralogistics
- Disciplinary and technical management of around 20 employees and promotion of their professional and personal development
- Further development and gradual implementation of the logistics and distribution strategy of Schweizer Salinen AG
- Overall responsibility for cross-product production planning along the entire supply chain
- Ensuring reliable delivery readiness while maintaining efficient stock levels
- Ensuring continuous process optimization, which leads to measurably higher customer satisfaction, shorter lead times and reduced costs
- Implementing and anchoring operational excellence (OPEX) in the area of SCM
- Coordination and management of digitalization projects in the area of logistics and production planning
Your profile
- Higher education (federal certificate, HF, Bachelor/Master) in the field of supply chain, business administration or technology
- Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of materials management and logistics in a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Operational Excellence
- Very good IT know-how and user experience in the implementation of digital tools (e.g. ERP system, we use SAP4 HANA)
- Modern understanding of leadership to involve the team in further development and empower them for future tasks
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Native speaker of German or French with very good knowledge of the respective second language. Good knowledge of English an advantage

The other half is used as table salt, industrial salt and household salt and is used in the pharmaceutical industry and agriculture. In addition, over 80,000 visitors are welcomed to Bex and Schweizerhalle every year. Swiss Saltworks employs 270 people who are making their way into the industrial world 4.0.
