What we expect
- Responsible for POS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
- Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications, new technologies and product requirements for our Position Sensor Portfolio (POS)
- Define new sensor products, e.g. POS-related sensors products
- Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
- Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
- Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
- Several years (~ 3) of relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
- Strong experience in Position Sensors technology and applications
- Experience in automotive and industrial markets beneficial
- Good social and intercultural competencies
- Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
