Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly skilled UC Solutions Engineer specialised in entreprise market. You will be responsible to design, implement, maintain, and optimize our cloud-based and on-prem communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of VoIP, SIP, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure communication services to our business customers.

Your Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand B2B customer requirements and design scalable and efficient UC solutions.
• Liaise with vendors to identify solutions meeting customer requirements and technical constraints
• Provide support in commercial discussions with vendors
• Develop detailed designed, considering factors such as security, performance, and scalability.
• Deploy, configure and test solutions and systems, including SBC, firewalls and other networking devices.
• Develop or implement API interfaces to facilitate the provisioning of network service in various management systems.
• Establish and maintain network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions for B2B customers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise at different stage of customer life cycle.
• Support in the design and implementation of processes , procedures and tools for fulfilment and assurance.
• Communicate effectively with pre-sales & support teams, explaining technical solutions and providing guidance on optimizing network performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage vendor solution in terms of SW upgrade, capacity upgrade, and its integration in Salt ecosystem ( IT/API evolution, SBC interconnection)

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience with minimum 5 years as a UC Solutions Engineer in Telco or Entreprise business.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols, SIP, VoIP protocols (RTP, SDP), and related networking concepts .
• Proven track record in architecting and implementing UC solutions as well as with SBCs and firewalls in SIP deployments.
• Experience working with SIP trunks, hosted PBX, or Unified Communications platforms (MS Teams with Direct Routing or Operator Connect mode, Cisco Webex UCaaS…).
• Knowledge of IT server infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, database systems.
• Familiar with API integration, especially REST and SOAP.
• Familiar with Python programming language and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
