What you will enjoy doing - You will play a key role in driving and expanding initiatives within the Global Talent, Inclusion & Engagement team
- Manage impactful projects that improve Talent Management, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement at Linde
- Serve as the global administrator for Talent Management Systems and Tools, including our intranet. Ensure these tools continue to evolve and meet business needs worldwide
- Manage Linde’s careers presence on social media at the global level
- Plan and deliver employer branding and recruitment campaigns that highlight our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and attract outstanding talent
- Further, you will contribute to the ongoing development of Linde’s Careers website to support global talent attraction and reflect our "Be Linde. Be limitless” brand
- Design and deliver global Talent Management, communications, trainings, webinars, and events, ensure these activities are impactful, consistent and engaging in all regions
- Support every stage of the Global Pulse Survey, from planning and launch to analysis and follow-up, using data to drive positive action
- Promote data-powered digital transformation and AI adoption in Talent Management by identifying opportunities for automation and improving user experience
What makes you great - You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Advanced specialization in Talent Management or a related area is a plus
- You bring solid experience in global HR, Talent Management, or a related area, and have successfully led projects that involved working with different teams and stakeholders
- You have deep knowledge of global Talent Management frameworks, systems, and tools—including best-in-class practices for employee engagement, performance enablement, and leadership development
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills enable you to influence effectively and build trusted relationships within the organization
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels
- Proactive and team-oriented, you consistently deliver visible impact even with limited budgets and resources
- You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- With a digital-first mindset and strong analytical skills you approach systems, data, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI) with confidence
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
