Project and Process Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management

You are responsible for
- Planning and managing SCM projects along the entire supply chain as well as across all production sites
- Coordination and interface management between the involved departments
- Analysis and continuous optimization of processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and delivery performance
- Implementation, support, and further development of digital SCM tools (e.g., ERP, TPS, or MES systems)
- Project controlling, including regular reporting to management
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses to evaluate measures and investments
- Risk management and designing robust processes along the entire value chain
You bring with you
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, logistics, or supply chain management
- Several years of professional experience in the SCM environment, ideally with project experience in assembly or series production, preferably with corresponding certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Solid knowledge in project and process management
- Methodological competence in modeling business processes
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Experience in lean management and/or supply chain analytics is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills
