Business Development Assistant (f/m/d) - Graz

We are an innovation-driven technology company based in Graz, developing and operating state-of-the-art online gambling platforms and digital gaming features for international markets. Our solutions are secure, scalable, and performance-oriented — powering high-quality player experiences worldwide. To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for a Business Development Assistant (f/m/d) to support the Managing Director of one of our Greentube subsidiaries. This key role combines organizational excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong coordination skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Provides direct assistance and daily support to the CEO in organizational and administrative matters
• Coordinates appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and internal and external communication processes
• Supports operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up of key topics
• Prepares presentations, reports, decision papers, and other business documents
• Acts as an interface between the CEO and departments such as Finance, Tech, HR, and Legal
• Supports planning and execution of small-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Handles confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
• Participates in customer meetings and international events as required

• Completed commercial or academic education (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Law)
• 2+ years of professional experience in a comparable role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Assistant
• Experience in a tech-driven or online casino environment is an advantage
• Strong technical and business understanding, particularly in Finance and Operations
• Excellent organizational skills, high discretion, and a professional, confident demeanor
• Very good MS Office skills and familiarity with digital tools such as Slack, Confluence, or Atlassian products
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proactive, solution-oriented, resilient personality with strong initiative and ownership
• Flexible and willing to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
