• Successfully completed commercial vocational training in the field of shipping / logistics
• Essential in-depth knowledge of dangerous goods transport, ideally completed additional training for dangerous goods (road and possibly air)
• Professional experience in the international truck, air and sea freight sector is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of customs law (shipping)
• Good written and spoken English skills, very good German skills

• Participation in the implementation phase of SAP in the area of ​​commercial shipping.
• Maintenance and verification of data and processes from the old system to the new system
• General master data maintenance (UN number, packaging group, shipping descriptions) and comparison with existing data as well as correction in SAP/MDG/shipping program.
• Adjusting packaging texts in SAP and legacy systems
• The creation of standardized templates for the storage of dangerous goods
• Review and revision of the processing instructions in the system for use in daily business
• Harmonization of processes with other company locations in Germany
• Support in the day-to-day operations of the commercial shipping department: o Commercial processing of shipping orders for worldwide spare parts shipments
• Communication with freight forwarders and internal company interfaces
• Organization and commissioning of the required freight space (truck, sea and air transport)
• System-supported creation of transport and customs documents in compliance with regulations and shipping specifications
