• Completed vocational training / further training as a CNC specialist in the field of CNC milling / deep hole drilling with preferably many years of professional experience
• Experience in the field of individual parts production for toolmaking
• Good to very good knowledge of the operation and independent programming of our deep hole drilling machine AUERBACH AX3 TLF
• General willingness to work shifts
• Independent organization and processing of assigned tasks including preparation of parts up to quality control
• Goal-oriented, committed work style paired with team spirit and a high degree of commitment

• Drilling of deep holes for the cooling systems of our injection molds on an AUERBACH AX3 TLF deep hole drilling machine
• Independent creation of drilling programs using the CAM system GIBcam-DRILL
• Optimization of cutting values ​​and feed values ​​on the machine control
• Setup, assembly and measurement of drilling and milling tools
• Machine maintenance with regard to monitoring of lubricating and cooling media, as well as cleanliness
