• Experience in meat processing/slaughtering (m/f/d) with in-depth expertise in the production of meat and sausage products
• In-depth knowledge of meat cutting, processing and finishing
• Knowledge of current hygiene regulations (HACCP) and quality standards
• Craftsmanship and an eye for detail
• Creativity in the development of new products and presentations
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

• Cutting meat and preparing it for further processing
• Production of sausage specialties according to traditional and modern recipes
