Your profile:
- Experience in meat processing/slaughtering (m/f/d) with in-depth expertise in the production of meat and sausage products
- In-depth knowledge of meat cutting, processing and finishing
- Knowledge of current hygiene regulations (HACCP) and quality standards
- Craftsmanship and an eye for detail
- Creativity in the development of new products and presentations
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Customer orientation and friendly demeanor
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
Your tasks:
- Cutting meat and preparing it for further processing
- Production of sausage specialties according to traditional and modern recipes
- Preparation of delicatessen items and ready meals
- Checking the quality of delivered meat and other ingredients
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards
