Lead Engineer (f/m/d)

• Technical leadership of the assigned design engineers within the specialist department and coordination of external service providers and engineering partners
• Development of concepts and series solutions for battery systems
• Technical decision-making responsibility within the project
• Approval and review of development results, CAD data, production data and parts lists in accordance with applicable standards and internal guidelines
• Commissioning and supervision of product/component tests as well as evaluation of results and derivation of necessary measures
• Co-design of new processes and guidelines for the development of battery systems

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Several years of professional experience in design or product development and initial leadership experience
• Good CAD knowledge and experience with PLM systems, preferably with PTC Creo in conjunction with Windchill
• Good knowledge of German and English as well as communication skills
• You like to expand your knowledge and share it with others
• You enjoy working in a team, are committed and have the talent to think outside the box
