OUR TEAM IS WAITING FOR YOU
From projects in the areas of off-highway electrification, marine and commercial to charging infrastructure – our projects are diverse. As a Project Manager (f/m/d), you will accompany them from the initial idea to the transition to series production. In this role, you will impress with your ability to make targeted decisions, your transparent solution approaches, and your talent for actively driving things forward.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- You are responsible for project management throughout the entire project cycle, right up to the transition to series production.
- Resource planning, adherence to the project schedule as well as budget and the achievement of project goals are your responsibility.
- You moderate regular meetings and lead the project team.
- Your project team is made up of colleagues from development, quality management, purchasing, production, sales, etc.
- You continuously develop existing processes and procedures.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Completed commercial or technical training (HTL/FH/university) with strong technical or business understanding
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in series projects
- Fluent German and English are required.
- You enjoy moderating and presenting and are able to drive targeted decisions.
- You are both communicative and stress-resistant and you are excellent in finding pragmatic solutions.
