• On a day to day basis you will collaborate with the support as well as development organization investigating technical anomalies reported by our customers.
• Together with the 3rd level team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting our customers and the technical departments.
• For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication directly with customers.
• You will work in a modern environment driven by continuous improvement and be given the opportunity to bring in your ideas to further optimize and automate the daily business.
