You will be happy to take on these tasks:

• Leading the entire kitchen team including the trainees
• You will be responsible for purchasing goods and cost control
• Developing the menu requires your creativity
• You lend a hand and are not afraid to get involved in day-to-day business
• You regularly check the HACCP concept
• Good duty roster and vacation planning promotes a happy team
• You manage the perfect balancing act between "stove & office chair”
