You are happy to take on these tasks:

• Preparation and follow-up of the mise en place for our breakfast buffet
• You work independently and attentively and contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
• You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
• You comply with HACCP standards and are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth workflow in the kitchen
• You support the design of the menu and the training of our trainees
