The site of Ratingen based in Germany belongs to the Holding Division. We are looking for a VIE Quality Engineer for 12 months, within the team.

Your challenges?

• You support the Group Customer Quality Network in coordinating weekly and monthly reporting.

• You assist the Group Customer Quality Director in achieving objectives and monitoring key performance indicators.

• You contribute to improving customer response performance across the organization.

• You support Customers and Warranty teams on specific and transversal projects.

• You help standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• You participate in the creation and implementation of new procedures.

• You assist in developing training plans and enhancing customer knowledge within the team.

• You provide data analysis and prepare reports for the Group Customer Quality Director.

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master/School degree in Quality

• You already have experience in this field (ideally)

• You have a fluent level of English

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
