Practical phases in Facility Management
During the practical phases at Stuttgart Airport, students are assigned to the Facility Management department, specifically the Building Technology working group.
The practical assignment includes, among other things
- Collaboration in the operational and project management of building services engineering
- Support in day-to-day business in the field of HVAC technology
- Participation in the control and monitoring of planning and execution services
- Contribution to ensuring safe and efficient plant operation
- Supporting renovation, conversion and new construction projects
Commercial processing of orders and invoices, creation of presentations and evaluations - for example in Excel or in the SAP maintenance system
In the final semester, you will write a practical Bachelor's thesis directly related to airport operations.
