• You scout and guide agencies, designers, and photographers, ensuring creative excellence by delivering clear and inspiring briefs
• By collaborating closely with the product development team, you bring the game’s vision to life and help achieve – or even exceed – its goals
• You independently conceptualize and design moodboards, packaging, logos, icons, and more, shaping the visual identity of our products
• You are solution-oriented, take initiative, and can independently manage the moving parts of a creative pipeline

This is what you can score highly with

• You have a sense of creativity and expertise in graphic design, typography, and artistic illustration fundamentals
• Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, sets you apart
• Business English is no problem for you, and you are also fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Your passion for board games and the ability to visually bring their magic to life characterizes you
