Your profile:
- Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable technical training
- Experience in operating extrusion lines, ideally in the field of highly filled polyolefins, composite materials
- Strong understanding of extrusion technologies and process management
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Resilience, problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong motivation and a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- On-call in 4-shift operation (24/7)
Your tasks:
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing production processes
- Start-up, setup and conversion of extrusion lines
- Control and adjustment of system parameters according to production specifications to ensure product quality
- Documentation of process parameters and identification of optimization potential to increase the efficiency of process chains
- Ensuring and documenting quality based on test criteria
- Coordination of problem solving and allocation of responsibilities within the shift
- Training and guidance of plant operators and production employees
- Introduction of preventive measures to ensure stable production processes
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of extrusion lines, preferably in the field of WPC or plastics processing
