• Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable technical training
• Experience in operating extrusion lines, ideally in the field of highly filled polyolefins, composite materials
• Strong understanding of extrusion technologies and process management
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Resilience, problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong motivation and a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility
• On-call in 4-shift operation (24/7)

• Monitoring and controlling ongoing production processes
• Start-up, setup and conversion of extrusion lines
• Control and adjustment of system parameters according to production specifications to ensure product quality
• Documentation of process parameters and identification of optimization potential to increase the efficiency of process chains
• Ensuring and documenting quality based on test criteria
• Coordination of problem solving and allocation of responsibilities within the shift
• Training and guidance of plant operators and production employees
• Introduction of preventive measures to ensure stable production processes
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of extrusion lines, preferably in the field of WPC or plastics processing
