What awaits you:
- You support our team in cybersecurity‑related tasks within embedded Linux systems
- You contribute to the analysis and hardening of system services and communication interfaces
- You assist in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and secure configuration validation
- You participate in developing secure update mechanisms, authentication methods, and logging concepts
- You help document and maintain security measures in compliance with industry standards
What you bring to the table:
- You are an enrolled student of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- You have a fundamental understanding of Linux‑based systems and embedded development
- You are familiar with networking concepts (TCP/IP, SSH, HTTPS, etc.) and basic cybersecurity principles
- You have first experience with Python or shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of C/C++, systemd, or Yocto is an advantage
- You can use git with confidence
- You work analytically, think critically, and enjoy approaching technical security questions with creativity
- You appreciate working in an international and interdisciplinary team and are motivated to learn and grow in the field of embedded cybersecurity
