Your profile:
- Commercial training, studies or comparable qualification
- Experience in order processing / scheduling (automotive supplier experience is an advantage)
- Safe handling of ERP / inventory management systems
- Careful and customer-oriented work ethic, strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Good German and English skills (C1)
- Mobility required
Your tasks:
- Customer order management / scheduling (focus on automotive suppliers)
- Order processing & creation of production orders
- Ensuring the timely supply of materials
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates with internal/external partners
- Preparation of shipping and forwarding documents
- Participation in process optimization as well as maintenance and further development of the ERP system
- Administrative support for management
