You are the right person for this position if:
- you have several years of experience in (hotel) restaurants and/or have already held a management position
- you are an excellent host and know how to inspire your guests
- you are an inspiring leader and a pleasant team member #leadingbyexample
- you enjoy leading, motivating and inspiring a great service team
- you have a high guest and service orientation
- you like to take responsibility
- you speak good German. Other foreign languages are an advantage
- you have good communication skills
- you have perseverance and attention to detail

- you value cleanliness and are familiar with hygiene regulations
- you are reliable and able to work under pressure
- you have sommelier and barista experience

Your daily tasks in this position are:
- You sweeten the stay of our guests with your positive and friendly manner
- You offer first-class menu or à la carte service, as well as active up- and cross-selling
- You take responsibility for the satisfaction and care of the guests
- You organise, manage and take responsibility for all operational processes in the service area (hotel restaurant, à la carte area and lounge & bar)
- You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and take care of maintenance if required
- You supervise all mise-en-place tasks of your team
- You lead, motivate and inspire your service team #leadingbyexample
- You take responsibility for correct receipting and issuing of invoices
- You check the stock and place orders
- You work out new suggestions for the further development of the service processes and (quality) standards.
- You work out new proposals for the further development and updating of the offers
- You communicate continuously with the kitchen and ensure smooth processes
- You communicate continuously and work closely with the hotel management team
- You embody the Hotel Pirchnerhof through your personal style
