Your Strengths
- A degree in Economics, STEM or comparable practical experience
- About 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics consulting – or equivalent in an international manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in lean tools, operational excellence programs or PMO roles
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Execution mindset with a structured, practical approach and drive to deliver impact
- Strong communicator in both English and German, able to influence across functions
Your Impact
- Lead and implement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and site performance
- Support the Business and Operations Directors in developing the long-term production strategy
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain to embed best practices
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and enable data-driven improvements
- Execution mindset with a structured, practical approach and drive to deliver impact
- Facilitate the cultural and operational integration of POLI-TAPE into the Fedrigoni Group
