Strengthen our AI Engineering Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as AI Platform Engineer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations ideally in Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin.

This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with AI operations expertise to build and maintain production AI systems that scale reliably while rapidly integrating cutting-edge AI technologies.

Your tasks

• Deploy and maintain containerized AI services on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (or whatever tools you prefer) and streamline deployments via GitLab/GitHub CI/CD
• Design analytics pipelines and A/B testing frameworks to optimize AI effectiveness and user engagement
• Collaborate with AI developers to build up an efficient pipeline
• Research, benchmark, and integrate emerging AI frameworks and LLMs to drive innovation and cost-efficiency in your

Your Profile

• Proven expertise in Python and /or TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, production-grade code
• Ability to prioritize practical, high-impact solutions over overly complex architectures, ensuring efficiency and scalability without unnecessary overhead
• Deep understanding of scalable system design, software architecture, and design patterns in your domain
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure cloud infrastructure or AWS and strong understanding of cloud technology
• Solid grasp of AI/ML deployment strategies, observability, and cost optimization in production environments
• Excellent English language skills; proficiency in German is a plus
