Strengthen our IT Operations Team in part-time (30 hrs./ week) as Master Trainee IT Operations (m/f/d) within Germany remotely or at one of our office locations.

During your traineeship, in addition to the free master’s distance-learning program of your choice and gain a perfect insight into the professional world in the field of IT Operations.

This role focuses on supporting IT operations through Workday and Jira configuration, ticket resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your tasks

• Configure and optimize Workday modules to enable scalable business processes.

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets with precision and efficiency.

• Develop and administer Jira solutions, including workflow customization and system integrations.

• Lead or support project management activities for tech-enabled initiatives.

• Foster cross-functional alignment between IT, business, and development teams.
  

Your Profile

• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving tools and processes.

• Basic understanding of IT systems and a keen interest in software platforms.

• Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to investigate and resolve technical challenges.

• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Well organized, with the ability to support project tasks and manage priorities efficiently.
