Strenghten our Product Information Management Team starting immediately in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Senior Product Information Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations or remotely across Germany.

This role focuses on Product Information Management, shaping a seamless and scalable product data ecosystem – driving structure, consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints.

Your tasks

• Analyze, develop, and optimize product master data taxonomy for consistent structure across all categories and channels.

• Organize and classify product information to enable smooth integration of new products and types.

• Define and maintain product master data structures, attributes, and characteristics that meet business, technical, and legal standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (such as Product Management, Marketing, IT, or Sales) to translate requirements into sustainable data structures and categories.

• Provide concepts and documentation to support the transition from requirements analysis to technical design.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a strong focus on Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management in complex, enterprise-level environments.

• Strong knowledge of data structures, information flows, and product lifecycle requirements in multi-channel businesses.

• Hands-on experience with PIM software solutions, data quality management, and cross-unit data integration; understanding of requirements engineering techniques and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Akeneo or similar PIM systems is a strong plus; experience in E-Commerce processes and digital product data management is advantageous.

• Agile mindset with a passion for education and driving impact in the EdTech industry.
