- Data Standards : You drive our digital transformation by supporting the implementation of data governance and ensuring that data standards and quality are maintained.
- Data Cleansing : In collaboration with local data owners, you define extraction and mapping rules and conduct validation processes to ensure consistency and quality of data during migration.
- Data Processes : Your responsibilities include supporting data processes and developing department-specific data standards in line with our data culture.
- Data Quality : You monitor data quality and identify and resolve quality issues to maximize the usability of data for business processes.
- Problem Solving : With your strong communication skills, you gather business requirements and assist in solving cross-departmental data issues.
- Data Catalog : You contribute to maintaining the global data catalog and participate in relevant data initiatives such as the Vaillant Data Community.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification : You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, data management, or a related field.
- Experience : With at least 1-3 years of experience in data management in a complex industrial environment, ideally related to technical product development, you are well-prepared.
- Know-how and Skills : Your knowledge of data management tools and understanding of data quality are crucial for success in this role.
- Nice to have : Knowledge of SAP/HANA and Salesforce is an advantage
- Personality : You enjoy working with data. Your creativity, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills with various stakeholders set you apart.
- Language Skills : Fluent English skills are required to work effectively in our international environment. German skills are an advantage.
