Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong background in analyzing mechatronic and electronic assemblies.
- Solid understanding of quality and process engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- High level of autonomy and logical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer complaints and ensure timely support.
- Analyze issues in mechatronic systems and document findings using SAP QM.
- Collaborate with production process managers and departments like R&D and SQA to define corrective actions (immediate, medium, and long-term).
- Prepare and deliver detailed analysis and 8D reports to customers.
- Monitor and manage customer portals to ensure complaint resolution and communication.
