Key Responsibilities

Support yearly planning, forecasting, and global headquarters planning processes

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

Execute global group allocations

Support project managers with planning updates and financial status reporting

Validation of financial justifications

Provide detailed and cumulative information on:

• Actual costs and commitments
• Revenues
• Variances compared to planned data

Maintain and update master data in SAP related to controlling objects, projects and materials

Create and check product cost calculations for actual and plan

Prepare reports and analyses; ensure accuracy of financial bookings

Required Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in a Controlling or Financial Controlling role

Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO

Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Openness and ability to learn and work with new tools

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, correctness, and data completeness
