About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Administration & Payroll Specialist on a fixed-term contract (2 years) to manage payroll, maintain employee data, and support HR processes. You’ll ensure accurate HR operations, respond to employee inquiries, generate HR documents, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll-related activities accurately and on time
Deliver back-office HR services according to the HR process catalogue
Independently perform general personnel administration support tasks
Create and maintain operational and process documentation for HR activities
Ensure adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards
Maintain accurate employee master data and perform system updates (e.g., SAP/Time management/ticketing systems)
Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel administration and documentation
Generate HR-related documents, certificates, and payroll-related materials
Manage and dispatch customer requests in line with established standards
Support continuous improvement of processes and technical projects
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and perform data checks
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to HR tools and systems
Manage HR ticket requests and ensure timely processing
Required Qualifications
Structured, analytical, and precise working style
High reliability, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Knowledge of legal payroll and HR administration requirements
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience with SAP HCM Master Data (preferred)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
