Qualifications

• A diploma of advanced technicians in mold maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge for the different types of plastic injection mold.
• At least 2 years' experience in plastic injection mold maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure the follow-up of preventive and curative maintenance of plastic injection molds according to the procedures with the least cost
• Determine and follow up on wear parts for the molds under his responsibility
• Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities
• Ensure the availability of molds for on-time production
• Ensure the good condition of the machine park and the 5S in the mold maintenance workshop
• Do the different types of mold maintenance (MM1,2 and 3) to make the tools ready for production.
