Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project activities
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones (MS Project, Excel, or similar tools)
• Track action items and follow up with affected departments
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action lists
• Update project status reports (cost, timing, quality)

Note:

• The internship will be conducted over a period of three months, two days per week, from 08:00 to 16:00

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated or final-year student at the Faculty of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• High reliability and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a dynamic atmosphere with short deadlines
• Team player
• Good communication skills
