Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, automation).
• 2-3 years experience in assembly lines
• Experience in automotive is a plus
• Strong knowledge of PLC automated machines (define the failure in the program runs during production) & Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with robots Mitsubishi & ABB
• Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and automation basics.
• Awareness of safety standards and procedures.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defining the failure in the program runs during production for PLC automated machines & Troubleshooting solving
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic/hydraulic layout
• Mechanical repair: belts, gears, bearings, actuators.
• Alignment and balancing of robot axes and mechanical arms.
• Understanding of industrial conveyors, fixtures, grippers, and safety fencing.
• Creating maintenance reports, updating change logs, and documenting configuration changes (manage spare parts and technical documentation)
• Applying maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, plan and execute preventive maintenance.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
