Responsibilities

• Check of production and delivery situation
• Working on production orders / missing parts
• Working on requirements from sales planner
• Following shipments with the suppliers and working on objections from supplier
• Leveling the APU production program on line level and day-to-day level (production orders)
• Determining quantities, maintaining capacities and planning dates for material staging
• Releasing Production orders and Processing of SAP Exception Messages
• Planning and managing C-parts for APU
• Ensuring compliance with S&OP processes on APU level
• Supporting MEC process (workflow tasks) towards customer and supplier and ensuring cost efficient implementation of changes with regard to components and materials
• Releasing production orders -> resulting in automatically order print
• Production order fulfillment follow-up (COGI, old reservation, backlog, exception message)
