Responsibilities

• Assuring and continuous improvement of the production processes
• Optimization of the production process
• Monitoring and adjust process parameters
• Defines and takes measures for reaching the quality and performance KPI’s
• Configuring and optimization of specific machines and robots
• Takes part in the project teams regarding launching of new production lines and checks if all conditions for the launching are met
• Takes part in problem solving teams
• Prepares, performs and attends internal and external audits
• Instructing, training and qualifying the employees
• Assumption of responsibility for the manufacturing

Minimum Qualifications

• Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, manufacturing engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Experience regarding assembly processes and mechatronics processes is preferable
• High analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Problem solving ability
• Decision maker
• Strategic and structured approach
• Organizational ability and leadership skills
• Team-minded and self-initiative
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office, SAP is an advantage
