Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in electronic production processes (SMD, THT)
• Knowledge in data integration (MES connectivity) and a strong affinity for digital solutions
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Very good English and French language skills;
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style combined with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Optimization and standardization of electronic production processes (SMD, THT)
• Responsibility for optical inspection and X‑ray inspection
• Implementation of data interfaces between production equipment and MES/backend systems
• Execution of technical feasibility analyses and production approvals for new equipment
• Benchmarking and selection of suitable suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing
• Global support of production plants (second‑level support) and close coordination with production and development
• Leading projects related to process optimization and industrialization
