Qualifications
- Degree in IT or a related field; Microsoft certifications preferred.
- At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server Administration and 2+ years with software deployment systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory (GPO, Replication), and Windows security components.
- Experience with software packaging and Windows installer technologies (MSI, MSIX, APPX).
- Proficiency in English and scripting (PowerShell skills are a plus).
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot the global endpoint management platform.
- Build Windows reference images and configure OS deployment templates for various devices.
- Automate software installations and server management tasks via scripting.
- Manage updates for Windows and third-party applications; maintain the endpoint management solution.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support, document processes, and train users and admins on OS/software topics.
