We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electronics Specialist to support the development, integration, and innovation of advanced display solutions across our automotive projects. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical interface for display suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with internal teams (Electronics, Mechanics, Optics, Quality, System Engineering).
• Define display concepts and system architectures , recommending suitable technologies, interfaces (I²C, SPI, RGB, LVDS, eDP, MIPI) and calculating data rates, pixel clocks, and resolution parameters.
• Create and maintain global display documentation , including integration specifications, technical guidelines, and quality requirements, ensuring compliance with automotive and EMC standards.
• Evaluate, select, and manage display suppliers , maintaining the global technology portfolio and supporting sourcing decisions through performance, cost, and innovation assessments.
• Provide expert knowledge on display technologies , such as TFT, OLED, µLED, MiniLED, polarizers, optical performance, optical films, cover lenses, and color fundamentals.
• Support development, testing, and validation activities , including optical measurements, quality assessments, driver/contacting concept evaluations, and resolution of display-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive knowledge sharing , conducting internal trainings, technology benchmarking, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen organizational expertise in display technology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analog/digital electronics design skills.
• Experience in display characterization, testing, and validation.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and communication interfaces.
• Experience with simulation/modeling tools.
• Strong project and process understanding.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
