Qualifications

• Technical background BTS in production, mechanics, electronics
• 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or team-leading role.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth production flow and achievement of quantity/quality targets
• Allocate workforce, train operators, and supervise discipline.
• Monitor quality and enforce safety (HSE).
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Complete production reports and communicate with next shift.
• Support continuous improvement (5S, scrap reduction, efficiency).
